Adjusting the distracted mind with Drumming Meditation

We all get distracted. That is human. The steady forgiving pulse of a downbeat anchored rhythm pattern readjusts our sense of reality. When our self awareness is in our body, where it b belongs, we make better choices. Non intellectual drumming trance brings the body wisdom forward and the confused intellect gets a needed break, even though it doesn’t want to lose control of the organism. It constantly reasserts itself over the body intuitive grooves. Then the pulsing rhythm puts the fractured intellect to sleep for a while, and it heals.
