Atrophy of Deep Critical Thinking

Atrophy of Deep Critical Thinking
Professor Kleinrock sent the first internet message from UCLA to SRI in 1969. He teaches internet theory, and remarked in the recent doc by Werner Herzog “Lo and Behold”.
“This generation of students lacks the ability for deep critical thinking.” He said, “They can’t understand something that is right in front of them. They have to google it. Its a problem.”
When confronted with a new item, this new mind has a tendency to shut it out, instead of investigating it. The worldwide web has become the receptacle for in-depth critical thinking. The individual does not have to think anymore. So they don’t. People who need rhythmic therapy shy away from the drum. They view their world from a fearful place.
